“I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of EJ. Their professionalism was excellent and their explanation of what they were doing and what I could expect. They called me about an hour later to let me know that they had finished.”
“Sundar was very pleasant and efficient on the phone when I called to inquire about having a technician come out to treat a yellowjacket burrow on our HOA's property. He was able to arrange for a tech to come out to our property the next day.
The technician - Alexi - came the next morning and was courteous and professional and treated the primary burrow entrance. He also had a look at another location where HOA residents had noticed flying insect activity. As it turned out, these were just random insects and not yellowjackets heading in/out of a burrow.
Will be using Pest Chase for future pest control needs and highly recommend them to others.”
“I really like how Alta went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Even though they probably did everything like they were supposed to do, I felt like there was something still missing so they came out and fixed the issue. Turns out a major ant hill was missed, but it is fine now. I am now, ants and no other bugs FREE. Also, I know that if anything else happens, they’ll come out as quickly as they can. A few days after I got this survey, I had another issue separate from the other calls I made, and the technician who came out did a great job and so far so good on my needs being met and making my home pest free.”
