I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of EJ. Their professionalism was excellent and their explanation of what they were doing and what I could expect. They called me about an hour later to let me know that they had finished.

I didn’t even end up using Highland Pest Control because they no longer offered the specific service I needed, but I had the pleasure of speaking with Aniyah two days ago, and I’m still thinking about how incredible she was.
She was genuinely one of the best customer service representatives I’ve ever spoken to. I was dealing with an extremely stressful bug situation in my home, and she took the time to give me helpful information, next steps, product recommendations, and even referred me to professionals who were able to come out and help. Because of her guidance, my issue is now being taken care of, and I finally have some peace of mind.

We're new to Highland and EJ provided our first service. He was very polite and explained what he would do and emphasized that Highland really valued good communication with its clients. We also appreciated Anayah in the office who was so friendly and helpful in setting up our service. Happy to be working with a great local business!
