I am sadly very disappointed in my short experience with Dr. Chantel. My husband was scheduled here by the VA for a hearing test. We were sent an email with only an address. No business name or phone number. That address took us to a location that was 5 minutes away from the actual location. After searching around and problem solving we arrived at the correct location 18 minutes late to the appointment. Arriving at 10:18 am. When we arrived, there was a phone number on the door we needed to call to be let in. When we called, Dr. Chantel answered and refused to let us in, stating that we missed the grace period. I am from out of state, visiting family in area. I was having problem with one of my hearing aids, I contacted the Audina Hearing Aid Dealer in Florida to see why I couldn't get in contact with my Audiologist in Maryland State, I was inform that my Audiologist had deceased. Missy my contact person gave me Virginia Professional Hearing and Healthcare to contact, upon scheduling appointment with Dr.Shantell Lewis, I came in to see if she could help with my situation, was confirm hearing aid needed to be sent to Audina Dealer, when I was call to come in for pick up, she gave me all details what was done to hearing aid, and to do update on my hearing exam. Service wise I have no clue. Had to drive 2 hours to get here for a Veteran Affairs appointment and was 15 minutes late due to traffic. Completely unwilling to see me because they have 10 minute policy. I get it I was late, but cmon seriously
