This is a well-run, organized, and considerate medical practice. I am seen very close to my appointment times and the staff are all gracious and very welcoming.The appointment line is well staffed. I don't get put on hold and making appointments is easy. Jennifer at the appointment line is very helpful.I see Dr. Patel, and I highly recommend him to anyone with knee issues.

People were very nice went there for a COVID test was in and out was there maybe a half hour between check in And the test but the nurses were really nice that was the 2nd time going there and will go back

Haven't been to this place but I did call this location to set an appointment to get my knee looked at. I'm writing this review in regards to Charmeen, the front desk agent that registered me in the system and gave me the information I needed to prepare for my appointment. Her tone of voice, pronunciation of words, and her customer service skills are phenomenal and makes me very proud that I was recommended to this place. Hopefully the physicians and other care providers are this considerate when I go to my appointment.
