We had a wonderful experience at Jencare . Ms. Shawnda Harris was very personable, caring, and attentive to my mom’s needs. She took the time to truly listen, addressed all of our concerns, and never made us feel rushed.
As my mom’s daughter and caregiver, I especially appreciated how comfortable and relaxed she made me feel. I felt that I could trust her with my mom’s care. Her attitude and attention showed that she genuinely cared and was there to give my mom her full focus.

Always welcoming. From my initial call to JenCare to my first appointments at JenCare on Hull Street I have felt welcomed. I think what impressed me the most was coming in the waiting room and the people waiting said hello. Staff and caregivers took a moment to stop and say hello to the people waiting, even those who they were not calling back for their appointment.
I've been a patient at Jencare for over a decade because the doctors and staff are the best. They genuinely care for their patients. They do not rush you, and they listen. I Highly recommend Jencare Neighborhood Medical Center to any senior citizen that wants to be well cared for and respected. My Dr. Nancy Chorba is definitely one of the best, and I'm willing to share her even though she's busy, she'll find time to take care of you!?!! Thank you Jencare for caring!
