From the waiting room until I get to the back, everyone in this practice is kind, genuine and helpful. Dr Marchal and his nurse are so understanding and patient. Wonderful practice!!!

Wonderful front office staff. Always friendly, pleasant and helpful. Rotesha and Payton are a dream team and have made our switch over to Prime Care so easy. We've had Karen assist and she is also wonderful.

I cannot say enough good things about Primecare Family Practice, and especially Dr. Lesli Brown. Staff is lovely. Calls are returned. Online portal to ask questions, refill prescriptions, etc. is functional. Sometimes there are kinks with the online scheduling, but someone is always able to help by phone to schedule. This is full healthcare where patients are known and seen comprehensively. Insurance processes are easily. Billing is as well. Payments available online. Sick visits are made to accommodate schedules. Online visits are available and work seamlessly. Thorough Covid precautions sustained post-pandemic.
