I’m so tired of getting notices from VCU to check in only to find out that this location doesn’t use them. After having filled everything out I went up to the front desk only to be told this. And you can tell by her attitude that she could care less after asking her why not. If that’s the case VCU then stop sending me those constant messages to check in electronically. It’s extremely annoying.
The water was out in Richmond so the downtown office was directing people to other offices the young ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful and Melinda was very kind as well I don't recall the ladies up fronts names I wish I did so I could give them recognition as well
Dr Jennings has an inability to LISTEN to patients symptoms and concerns and comes in with an arrogance that makes it difficult to express what the problem is because he is talking over you the whole time. And is halfway out the door before you can ask questions. Totally unhelpful. You must stand up for yourself.
