I had an unresolved issue with my HVAC system and began shopping around for new companies to provide solutions for the issue in addition to also potentially beating a price quote from the prior company I used for an entirely new system. Relax HVAC sent a prompt personalized reply to my message (as opposed to an automated response which 75% of the other companies sent) and requested a call to ensure they best understood all the details of my situation. What an amazing experience! From the first communication to the quality of the installation it was perfect. Kamal was very experienced, professional, and easy going.
