I started regularly going to classes about 3 months ago and it has radically improved my mental & physical health as well as given me a new community in which to feel welcome. This place is amazing! All of the teachers are extremely good at what they do and make you feel like you belong. I recommend Seek to anyone that is looking to get more in touch with their mindfulness, breathing, strength, flexibility - the list goes on. Seek has changed my life for the better!“

I’ve been to other studios where there are only one or two good instructors but at SLPY you can drop into any class and know it’ll be quality.“

1565 E 3300 S, Salt Lake City“I chose to do my 300 hour YTT with Denise at Yoga Assets because I wanted to expand my knowledge and experience personal growth. I love that she is willing to grab a coffee with you to make sure it's the right fit. There are so many options for yoga trainings and I wanted to make sure I found one that would challenge me and change me. The 6 months I spent in this training was powerful. I learned, I grew and I created friendships for life. If you are wanting to become a yoga teacher or grow as a teacher, I highly recommend the programs offered at Yoga Assets.“

920 E 900 S, Salt Lake City“Rachel was excellent with adjustments and assists, her practice is approachable and her wisdom shines through. I felt welcomed and comfortable, the studio was clean and thoughtfully laid out. Peering through the skylights and windows was a delight throughout the practice. The music was tastefully composed and soothing, especially the ending with singing bowls and gong! Head cleared, heart opened. A nice zen retreat on Thursday morning. Thank you for creating such a beautiful space to gather and practice in community! ??“
“As a complete beginner, I was nervous attending a class, and particularly a Mysore style class. However from the moment I entered the studio , I was warmly welcomed, and felt very much at ease for the duration of the class. She watched over me the whole time, and it gave me a lot of confidence, which I wouldn't have had in any other class. She followed up the class, by emailing me reference material, to support what I had learned on the day. The teacher, Eunice, has a very easy way about her, and it is obvious she has many years of experience. The space is also fantastic, really beautiful. I'm looking forward to more of this“
“Santosh is very good yoga instructor and teaches with a skillful mind and focused. I have great pleasure of doing my Yoga @ Santosh's yoga institute. I enjoy his classes discussing meaning and purpose of yoga, also he shares interesting lessons he learned from his personal stories.“
“If you are looking to live near downtown events in a. newly renovated condo this is the place!! This is the perfect location in which to live. We have an amazing view of the mountains. The construction was largely completed and the only piece remaining is the plaza shared common common area. It was a long project but we are just a few months away from the end of it. As far as the HOA rules go, the rules only serve to ensure dogs remain on leash in common areas in the interest of safety and a clean and orderly environment (rules against storing excess items in parking stalls and balconies). Many of us residents are glad that there are some rules. I haven’t been fined in six yrs here nor have my neighbors. I have never seen a n issue with the homeless.“

815 E 2100 S, Salt Lake City“This is my favorite place to do yoga. I’ve traveled and tried other places, in US and France and have never felt anywhere as safe and comfortable as I feel at the ashram. No need to wear expensive clothes, have athletic background. The classes improved my mental, emotional and physical health. And the trainings are life changing, whether to teach or to learn more about yoga and one self. I am a better person having crossed paths with the school and am grateful to Ma Shakti more than I could ever say. Her teachings are real and practical, she is very intelligent and knowledgeable. I love the variety that I have never found anywhere else. Thanks to her teaching I’ve learned yoga from inside out, I’ve learned to feel what my body has to say. Even in prenatal / postpartum times of my life she is the best, fully tuned in and the best to adapt to our needs. Thank you ?“
