Santosh is very good yoga instructor and teaches with a skillful mind and focused. I have great pleasure of doing my Yoga @ Santosh's yoga institute. I enjoy his classes discussing meaning and purpose of yoga, also he shares interesting lessons he learned from his personal stories.
Excellent setting. Authentic yogic experience. Traditional yoga delivered at its best. Santosh couples that with the background of the particular yoga style, its benefits on the mind/body. A soul nourishing experience!
Going through a teacher training with Santosh was a best thing I did in my life. It taught me more things that I can describe. Besides having a regular yoga practice and learning teaching skills it also gave an understanding about yoga as a whole that would apply in any aspect of my life. I learned about Ashtanga yoga and the eight limbs. I learned about concentration and a peace of mind. That was a great experience!
