Centered City Yoga Trainers

“Rachel was excellent with adjustments and assists, her practice is approachable and her wisdom shines through. I felt welcomed and comfortable, the studio was clean and thoughtfully laid out. Peering through the skylights and windows was a delight throughout the practice. The music was tastefully composed and soothing, especially the ending with singing bowls and gong! Head cleared, heart opened. A nice zen retreat on Thursday morning. Thank you for creating such a beautiful space to gather and practice in community! ??“

“I have studied at Crane School of Highland Dance for 5 years. Kelsey is an incredible instructor with 20+ years of experience as a competitor and teacher. She is a certified judge and is incredibly dedicated to the sport. Her classes are very reasonably priced and are a great workout. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!“

F45 Training Sugarhouse Trainers

“Fun, challenging, clean, great people and energy. I like the format of the 45 min workout. Brand new super nice equipment and the big screens everywhere make it easy to see what you're supposed to be doing. I just started and the early morning 5 and 6 and 7 sessions seem to be the busiest times but there was still plenty of room. Nice view out the west facing windows too for all those day dreamers. I love to wing foil, SUP, and mtn bike and feel like these classes will definitely improve my performance and experience. I like that they have showers and all the amenities you may need. Convenient location with decent parking but plenty more parking g across the street. For Thanksgiving they had special treats and swag prize drawing so that's fun.“

Chris Fitness Personal Training Trainers

“Chris has helped me get in the best shape of my life. He's very knowledgeable in his profession and I love having him as a personal trainer. I appreciate that he is quiet as I'm there to workout and not talk about my life story. He provided me with a meal plan to follow, exercises to do at home and I was able to lose a lot of weight and gain muscle following his recommendations.“

Boxing Is For Girls Trainers

“Eliza is what’s up! I’ve only done 1 one-on-one with her, and it was a hard workout and it was nice to learn some proper swings, with the conditioning - but mostly, Eliza is an amazing, beautiful, and intense human being.I could trust her and tell her about my PTSD and WHY I wanted to learn this form of self defense, my background, etc. We even did a lil spiritual reading after the session.I immediately signed up for a set of classes but couldn’t follow through for personal reasons (yet). So I told her I can’t. She totally understood. She hooked me up with some gloves and wraps, and I’m really looking forward to going back.I can’t wait to train soon when I am healed up! See you soon!!“
