“I've been training, coaching and competing in Crossfit for over 15 years now, and was blown away by the facilities and the people at Park City Fit. Usually come to Utah for the snowboarding but have been wanting to check out this box for a while now. AMAZING vibe, top-notch equipment and even got to meet the owner himself, Crossfit veteran Chris Spealler!!! I dropped in during open gym and took care of business, the staff was very friendly and responsive to my being a visitor. They even allow remote entrance to the box thru an app, could not have been easier. Will def come back to visit when I return!“
“Such a great program! Highly recommend! The programming is varied and engaging and the kids have a blast alongside consistent ‘coaches’!“
“Amanda and I have been working together this year and I have a goal of losing 30 lbs (eek!) I’m around 10 down due to her nutritional coaching and weekly sessions 2 do. She is communicative, funny, and so so helpful with all things nutrition and fitness. Before her, I was plataueing, and with her everything is different! For anyone looking for a friendly, knowledgeable fitness instructor and coach I highly recommend! She’s helping me change my life!“

“This is a great place and a great concept, but it has one major flaw. No warm ups. I get it, there’s not a lot of spare time in a 45 minute window, but it’s still a little risky. I’m very active - workout, play bball, mountain bike multiple times per week, and I still strained some muscles that took a while to heal. Love the people and the idea, just wish they had ellipticals or something to get your heart rate and body temp up before you start the heavy training.UPDATE: I did see the stationary bikes stored in the corner and assumed they were for a spin class or something later in the day. Good to know you can pull one of those out and use it to warm up, thanks for the scoop. Upgraded review to 4 stars!“
“I am a Physical Therapist and I recommend Off The Mountain to my patients all the time. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and I can trust that they will progress my patients appropriately taking their specific needs and/or injuries into consideration. Also, the trainers are excellent at communicating and collaborating with me which I appreciate. I have been pleased to learn that many of my patients have continued training here well beyond their discharge from Physical Therapy.“
