F45 Training South Weber
“F45 is great! The program is clear, consistent, and efficient! I love how everything is timed and I can see countdowns to when class starts, when to switch exercises, when to take a break… it’s all super helpful. The coaches are kind and knowledgeable. The class times and location are why we initially tried it out, but we’ve quickly become fans of the program itself!”
