My boy has been going to athletic Republic for about three weeks now. I have loved all of the trainers he has worked with. All of them are unique in their own right but all of them have done a really good job excited to go and train and I’ve already seen drastic improvement in his running and his speed mechanics.
I had a friend recommend Athletic Republic, I was told that if my kid wanted to play high school baseball, that he would first have to look and perform like an athlete. The team has transformed my son into an athlete. My son has trimmed down, gained more muscle and gotten faster. All this in less then 6 months. This place is the real deal. Athletic Republic has been awesome for my 12/13 year old daughter. We brought her in between Rugby and Wrestling season, and they have done wonders for her strength and conditioning.
