“Like another poster, I rarely post a review.But, having used at least 5-6 other plumbing companies over the last 10 years, I have found the best and feel compelled to post.I have, now, used CTPS 4 times. Each time I have been positively impressed from phone call to project to billing. They are ALWAYS pleasant, responsive, and do a good job. Even on some difficult projects and, once, in the middle of the night emergency.Best of all, I have never felt “gouged” when being billed. Can’t say the same for 3 of the other companies.“

“Declan & Sons Plumbing were at our home today to power flush our heating system, which recently had a new boiler installed. The previous company who did the work didn't quite get the system up to par, especially where the bedrooms were concerned, and unfortunately, they never returned to ensure the system was operating correctly. However, the skilled plumber from Declan & Sons Plumbing worked tirelessly throughout the day. Whenever we had questions, he took the time to explain what he was doing and why. By the end of the day, the system wasn't operating at full capacity, but there was some heat emanating from the radiators, a definite improvement. We believe that, given some time, our heating system, which was originally installed 35 years ago, will be fully operational thanks to the efforts made by Declan & Sons Plumbing in Waco.“

Two blocked drains in the hall bathroom: FIXED! Numerous issues in our utility bathroom: FIXED! Master bathroom (BAD LEAK IN TUB) per the meter reader that came to the house this week, the utility company sent him back to her house later that afternoon on the same day because the discrepancy was so great. It was determined that in those few short hours, she had lost over 800 gallons! ELI FIXED IT IN NO TIME. (my 87 years young mom is not to blame though, she is visually impaired & suffers from wet macular degeneration in both eyes plus no one was using that bathroom during the time of the leak). “This was the third major remodeling project we did, so we already knew what we want and how to screen for good contractors. This was a full house update, including floors, baths, kitchen, paint and finishes. We found Paul after meeting other contractors, and Paul made best impression, was clear up front on timelines, prices and options, and didn't make grandiose promises. The project went mostly as planned. There were few minor glitches due to hardware and plumbing unplanned issues, but Paul addressed all surprises quickly and made sure work is done right. Overall the project was completed in the expected timeline and budget. Would highly recommend Paul for any remodeling project.“
