Called around 1pm on a Friday because my kitchen sink was completely clogged, water wasn't draining at all. Honestly expected to wait days for an appointment but someone was at my house within 2 hours. The technician had it fixed in about an hour. Really appreciated how fast they responded, especially since it was already messing up my whole afternoon. Would call them again if anything else comes up.
The water heater installation was completed in just a few hours. They double-checked all the connections and made sure the venting was safe. It was a very solid service and I feel confident in the work they performed.
