“Mike & David came out next day to find and fix a subtle leak. They were thorough but fast in eliminating the possible sources inside the house before going to test the yard and ultimately finding the problem out there. Pricing was clearly laid out before anything was done. Plenty of patience for questions or elaboration when needed as I am quite obviously not a professional plumber and what is obvious to them is not so much to me.
Additionally, while waiting for the leak repair to set they were very willing and able to do a few other misc repairs that we had been putting off which I am extremely grateful for. At no point was there so much as a speck of dirt or mud brought into the home - they honestly cared about it more than we usually do, which was such a nice touch, especially after they needed to excavate the yard to get at the leak. The places they dug out were also returned to more or less their previous state.
On top of the original fix they were also able to alert us to ANOTHER urgent problem that we were completely unaware of and provided advice to help remediate it. Including helping me take notes so that I could research the exact issue and their recommended fix myself. They were very good at categorizing things as 'high' vs 'low' priority which really helps when trying to figure out next steps.
Especially after having some issues finding folks who would even come out to our property at all, I am very grateful that they seemed baffled as to why that would be, and reiterated that they have 24/7 coverage if that should ever be needed. I will not hesitate to call them again for further work.”
