I had checked out their website which said the business was closed but through word of mouth found out they are under new ownership after the passing of the previous owner. I called in the morning and the owner came out the same afternoon to pump our septic. He was kind and very informative and did the job quickly. We will likely use them in the future.“

“*UPDATE*Thank you Jeff Blount! Your kindness and concern was greatly appreciated. Thank you for calling me to make this right. You showed you truly care about your customers. I won't hesitate to call this family owned business with any needs in the future.My elderly mother had just returned home from a near death. Her bedroom toilet was not flushing properly. I called Blounts (because if all the great reviews): and a plumber came out. Took toilet up for 250 bucks. Snaked it removing some debris. Replaced toilet. Still same improper flush. He told me it was the vent pipe on the roof but he couldn't get to it alone. Asked me if I knew anyone who could climb the roof and flush the vent out, or he could come back at a later date and run a camera for 250 more. A week later I was mowing the yard and noticed the clean out was backed up. Took a snake to it and voila, my toilet flushed like brand new. I'm wondering why the plumber never even stepped foot in the yard to inspect the clean out.“
