“Three young men came to my house to replace a new outdoor hose Bibb. They were polite, friendly and professional. I had to show them on the water meter where to shut the water off. My appointment was at 12;30 pm the owner told me that would I would receive a text to tell me when they were on the way. I never received a text message. Suddenly I hear my door bell ring and it was them. I think it was fairly expensive for just replacing the outdoor Bibb. It probably took them not even 15 minutes to install. I ask the young how much it was he ask If was paying with card . I said yes he told me to give me my email and he would send to his boss. He said his boss couldn't answer his phone because he was on a airplane. Later his boss send me an invoice for almost 200 dollars”
