This was the third major remodeling project we did, so we already knew what we want and how to screen for good contractors. This was a full house update, including floors, baths, kitchen, paint and finishes. We found Paul after meeting other contractors, and Paul made best impression, was clear up front on timelines, prices and options, and didn't make grandiose promises. The project went mostly as planned. There were few minor glitches due to hardware and plumbing unplanned issues, but Paul addressed all surprises quickly and made sure work is done right. We hired this company for a kitchen remodel. Paul responded quickly, and had an estimate for us within days. The estimate provided was competitive with other quotes we received. Paul was very responsive to all communication before and during the project. We were notified of any changes to the work needed and the final project cost did not differ significantly from the initial estimate. Workers were nice and professional, and the quality of the work was great. The job was completed on time, and we are very pleased with the end result.
