I felt welcomed walking into Smoot Anderson and was immediately helped by a gentleman who I didn’t catch his name, but he took his time explaining to me and was helping me pick out parts to fix a leaky bathtub faucet. His kindness didn’t go unnoticed, and I was really appreciative of his help. He was a stellar for making my whole fixing experience felt easier!

Okay, I had a faucet that was leaking from the stem whenever the water was turned on. Water was getting everywhere and my wife went from passive-aggressive to regular aggressive which was not good. So I called a plumber who came out then promptly ghosted me like a bad internet date. Dejected and hurt I decided I had to do this on my own. After consulting Google, YouTube, and Ouija I had no idea what part to get so I picked the place with the best reviews and off I went. We have been buying our plumbing supplies from them for over 10 years now. They always are very professional and very knowledgeable when you need plumbing supplies. And there's always plumbers around up there to give you an expert advice if needed. They have save me hundreds of dollars over the years by selling me the correct part and giving Exxon advice. I highly recommend buying your plumbing parts and fixtures from them. They sell you exactly what you need and nothing else. They will not try to upsell you anything.
