“We had two different occasions to call on Smelscer Plumbing, Inc. to repair problems we were having. Those problems made us aware that we needed to have more extensive work done on our older home's plumbing. The guys came out and in two days had the hot and cold water lines and the sewer drain lines replaced under our house. They were always knowledgeable of their work and questions we asked. They were cordial and very committed to keeping their projects from tracking dirt and mud from the crawl space under the house to other parts of our home. We highly recommend Smelscer Plumbing, Inc. and will be calling on them again if we ever need plumbing help.“

“Had a gas leak that another plumber was having trouble locating so he recommended his old company and they were firm on a 13k re-pipe and wanted to run the new gas line through the center of my home and have it exposed. Called 3C and Lucas Perez came out, Lucas was extremely helpful and walked me through all my options and didn’t force a decision. Luckily he was able to find the leak after a short period of time and get me set up for the inspection so my gas can get turned back on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 3C!“
