The 3C technicians are knowledgeable and helpful. They are quick to respond to our needs and ask if you need anything else before they leave. We have been having recurring issues, and their team took care of us and warranty their work if something was missed. The first HVAC company (Evergreen Comfort) we called did the diagnostics, but the technician tried to rip us off by overestimating the cost of the replacement parts. He then volunteered to do the repair himself on his own time (under the table) and gave an overpriced estimate just for the repair but low enough that we would go with his recommendation instead of replacing the parts. We were very uncomfortable with that situation.We called other HVAC companies and asked for an estimate based on the diagnostics we already have. 3C Mechanical is the only company that was direct and honest with us and gave us a very reasonable cost estimate for 3 different options. My unit was 21 years old, and I was starting to have issues with it. It was running for 20hrs a day and our electric bill keep going up. We installed a new unit, and I can dramatically see the different in the run time and my electric bill. Eric and Sergio did a great job on the installation.
