His professionalism, his attention to detail and his courtesy to me and my mom (Carolyn Graves) is WONDERFUL. The staff at Mike Staas are professionals you can trust to give you an honest explanation about what is going on with the plumbing in your home. Had them come by to look at my home after observing some residue coming out of the sink and they were able to explain everything they could see about my plumbing system to help me understand what was happening. Will definitely be calling them first for any future work.
I called the office at 8 explaining my problem and was called an hour later to say a tech was in route Jeff K was polite, knowledgeable and diagnosed my problem with a gas water heater!
