Great experience. My initial phone call was answered quickly, the service appointment was quick and easy to schedule, and pricing information given clearly when I asked. On the day of: Baldo and his assistant (whose name I unfortunately cannot recall) were both terrific, knowledgeable, and kind. They understood the issue, double-checked their work, and got the clog fixed within an hour.
