I won't even consider using a different automation group now. I have been working with Jonathan for 7 years and his success rate at our facility is 100%. He's very fast and easy to work with. We didn't hesitate to hire Jonathan and Chris for our last $300k automation project that turned out to be even better than we'd initially imagined! From changing little VFD parameters to full electronic equipment rebuilds, they've been able to tackle it all and complete projects on-time. Crazy Water will only use Lastech at our facilities.

Woke up to my first cup of coffee and the sound of running water (no faucets or anything at all). Well dang. Wife walked through the kitchen later and said "the floor is hot". ??♂️ Called and they had Trevor out asap! He found the leak UNDER THE FOUNDATION SLAB and gave me options of how we could proceed. He set us up an appointment for the very next morning! The next day Raul came in and handled business! Got under the slab, found the leak and replaced the pipe! Even when re pouring the concrete it looks like the day the original slab was poured! I cannot thank your team enough for handling this so quickly and efficiently! Hot waters on, no leaks and we are good to go! 10/10 guys! Thank you!

Excellent plumber! I had them out today, and I was very pleased with the service I received. The plumber was very knowledgeable and willing to talk to me about my plumbing issue. The service I needed was performed in a timely manner, and the price was totally fair. When/if I have another plumbing issue, I will absolutely call them again. I highly recommend them!

I have used Pope Plumbing a few times and I have to say they are truly wonderful. Yesterday, Roberto and Mike came to a property I manage and I thought it was going to be an expensive day, to my surprise it was not. Roberto called me to let me know what the issue was and that is was a simple fix, they are always so nice and have excellent customer service. They are the only plumbing company I use and I am never disappointed. I highly recommend using them, they are honest and very professional. When I call to make appointments they are also super nice. I love working with Pope Plumbing.
I had a great first impression with W-3 Electric and in regards to the caliber of work they get 10 stars! HOWEVER I’m begrudgingly leaving 3 stars because of the behavior of one of their employees today towards me! W-3 were very apologetic and will still be working for me but he needs to see this in regards to how he behaves and how it affects company ratings. The younger generation seems to never think of anyone but themselves. He did some wiring on my house that ended up being nicely done but aesthetically. Unacceptable. about which I very nicely attempted to request he change with all the humility in my heart even offering to call his manager in case there was a cost to change, and although he agreed to change it, the vicious look in his eyes towards me, and his behavior was very unsettling for me! Part of the issue is, installation options were not discussed with me. They just assumed that the way that they did the wiring would be acceptable and it ended up looking terrible: He needs to read this because if he is, I would tell him that the people that started this company have worked their tails off to make it what it is today when he was probably still in diapers and sadly today they nearly blew thousands of dollars worth of future work with us all because of an arrogant argumentative attitude from an employee whose a kid with no humilty or ability to be able to see or care about my issue which meant that he cared for more about his own ego than he did about the company he works for! I have owned three companies in my life and currently own a fourth one and had he ever behaved toward a customer the way he did today, especially if they were nice to him hurting their feelings and ruining their weekend. I would’ve had him so fired. It wasn’t even funny.! It’s inexcusable! Fortunately, the team that works with this company stepped up to the plate and were so Apologetic which I found incredibly impressive, which is probably one of the reasons why this company does so well! But as for this kid, I would say to you, you never know what people are going through and it’s not about your ego It’s about professionalism and respect respecting who you work for and respecting the possibility of what the customer you’re working for will bring to the company in the future but also validation for the regard of the opinion of the homeowner because it’s their home and that should matter to you.! He told us that at one point, he was heading to medical school and I would say that had that happened. He would’ve made a perfect doctor because his bedside manner sucks! I hesitated, leaving a review, but I felt it was necessary for us to be able to move on and have a good weekend! My guess is this review will make it to the owner of the company and if it does, I’m sorry this happened to you today because you almost lost a great customer! Bad attitudes inconvenience everybody not only customers, but the people in the company and the office! And if it does make it to you, your project manager, Jonathan does a great job as a liaison manager!!!! I wrote this tonight because someone who behaves the way he did this morning is not sorry. I asked him for an apology and he refused on my property so I asked him to leave but in a MUCH more direct way because his generation probably just doesn’t get it otherwise! ! If this kid is reading, I would also tell him to be a little more kind to his fellow coworkers they are lovely guys and are over your ego as well! It is truly time to tone it down a notch and start showing some respect to everyone! I know this review will not change him as a person. Thank you W3 for stepping up to the plate and doing a great job regardless of this situation and i’m sorry for you all that this happened as well!
Professional guys who listened to my needs, asked questions for things I had not considered, and took very good care of us. I had them install several new outlets, a couple circuits, including for a mini split, and figure out why my fire alarms would chirp every so often. I will absolutely hire them again in the future.

Highly recommend. I lost my only key fob. This was the third company I contacted. The first said they would call last night and didn't. The second said the key fob couldn't be synced up except at the dealership. This company did their homework, made sure they had the key fob on hand and even when the car computer wouldn't give the PIN number, he got it from the dealer. If anyone can help you, this is the company that can.
I stopped by the shop to get a key cut and the service was outstanding! The key was cut quickly and worked perfectly on the first try.

We tried a couple other contractors that would quote the job and then make you think they were working things on their end and would just disappear. This DID NOT happen with ACT Concrete. The walkway looks fantastic. Took the time to make sure it curved gently along with the driveway to make it look perfect. Crew was super-fast. We love the final project. Definitely will use again if we have other concrete projects.
Norman from Williamson Foundation Repair came to my house after I requested an inspection. He arrived at the time he said he would. He was nice, cordial & polite. He did not use high pressure sell tactics, either. He used his equipment and took readings in every room of the house, including all the closets and the garage. He said I did not need a leveling job done. The small cracks in some of my walls were from normal settling for the age of the house. The house was built in 1997. He recommended that I water more around my foundation in one area that he showed me and assured me everything was fine with my foundation. Honesty is why I give them the 5 star rating plus I watched him use his equipment when he did his thorough evaluation. I highly recommend them.

Most importantly, you get honest prioritization of what needs work immediately, and what can wait if you're tight on finances. Their organization reflects Dr. Fedosky's high standards of integrity.

The hygenistists and doctors I've met so far seem very passionate about what they do and your oral healthcare. Also, the manager Norma is awesome. Been attending here since November. Dr.Lester and Litzy are the best. They line out paperwork, expectations and listen to feedback to adjust treatments. The three offices I know of are all the same way. They work with L.o.P's and Lawyers to boot. Best recommendation I've received. Be honest with yourself and your treatment and this place will open up relief like its a waterfall. The Employees, The Drivers that can help transportation issues and the atmosphere are off the hook. I only wish I knew how to recommend more. Dr Quevedo I. The Colony, Dr Lester and the Dr who covered a few days are all good people. My only Quams is 1) They need to open a split office for Reggie Chiro and also have the other side keep the Accident/Personal Injury and 2) Those God awful ceiling lights need to stay off and keep the mood lighting. (Sorry Doc, but those ceiling lights give headaches quickly) This place I'd recommend to anyone in pain needing relief. All the wonderful people we've met since November 2025 need raises and a bigger facility. Thanks Dr Lester and Litzy and Dr Quevedo for the help, understanding and time. You're all Saints in my book.
