Riah cares about the health of my hair and always makes great recommendations because she cares. I really LOVE going to her as she always makes me look beautiful when I leave her salon. ♥️
Coming from a former Palm Beach Tan employee and customer, Glo Tanning far exceeds PBT with their services and pricing. I have unlimited access to all tanning beds, spray booths, and spa services on a $100/month family plan that I share with my mom (that’s only $50 each!). I’m obsessed with the skin wellness hydration cocoon thing, it leaves my skin extremely hydrated and soft. If you’re considering visiting Glo, I highly recommend you do it!
I did deduct one star from my rating though because I think this location is just too small for the amount of business they get. I’ve visited the Rockwall location on multiple occasions at various times of the day (before noon, afternoon, during lunch, late at night) and there has been a significant wait for any service with a packed lobby every time. The employees are always very welcoming and nice, but they definitely seem overwhelmed and disorganized most of the time. No one seems to know who’s cleaning the beds, who’s checking people in and managing the wait queue, or who’s covering new sign ups/sales. I’ve had to tell one girl what services I’m wanting to do when I check in, wait, have another girl ask me what I’m waiting for, wait some more, then have a third girl ask me yet again what I’m waiting for. Because of this disorganization, there has been more times than not that a room is missing some of the extras they provide…either a robe, black bag for your clothes, a towel, or multiple items. I did the cocoon wellness bed today for the full 20 minutes (it can get up to 118’) and realized I had no towel to dry off with when I got out.
As a former manager of a tanning salon, I think assigning specific duties to each employee would help tremendously, but I know this salon is new and they’re likely just trying to gain their footing so I’m more than happy to extend them some grace. It’s great they’re getting the amount of business that they are and I’m hopeful that eventually they’ll be able to work out all the kinks. Don’t let this deter you from joining the Glo Gang though…DO IT!

Amazing experience! The estimate was fast and reasonable. I had a lot of shingles get blown off my house. They were able to replace what was missing so the team was able to get it all done in one day. Hopefully I won’t but if I need repairs again this will be the guys I call!

Needed a haircut, new to the area looking for a good old fashion barber to cut my hair. I did get to talk to Randy on the phone and was very pleasant and helpful. When I got there his son Trey was the only one there. Very nice and helpful and did a great job cutting my hair. This is a Genuine Barber shop right down to the vintage barber chairs. You can go and talk with everyone while waiting to get your hair cut. Randy has been a barber for many years and his son is just starting out but did a great job. Will return again and again.

Denise was amazing. My wife was sick of the long hair and long story, but we had a mullet challenge. She offered to do my beard and my eyebrows, which most places don't anymore. Usually, I get home from a fresh haircut, and my wife is like, "Let me fix those crazy eyebrows hair!" Better if you make an appointment than just walk in. Im from out of town and I was looking for a descent barber for my son. When we arrived the barbershop were so polite and welcoming. The atmosphere and environment was peaceful. The shop was super clean and smelled good. Looks like they keep a good attitude and maintain the shop constantly. I highly recommend this barber shop to anyone with kids or even adults. My son's haircut came out so nice. I was really happy with the outcome.

I’ve been a client of Hannah’s when The Nail Room was a one room studio. I saw her expand to a full service nail (manicure/pedicure), facials and eyebrows salon with several employees. They all do a terrific job in a clean, cheerful and welcoming environment. Hannah continues to add new options for clients and everyone who comes here seems to leave very satisfied. Great salon!
First time coming here with my 11-year-old and we had such a great experience. Everyone was so nice. I loved that they weren’t pushy at all about extra services or products like some other places can be. A few days later, I had two nails chip and came back in. Tim fixed them right away at no charge. Such great customer service. I'll definitely be back!
Kim did my pedicure and it was amazing. I got the organic pedicure with gel polish. She was very meticulous with the cuticle cleaning and did an amazing job at the massage. It also came with an amazing neck massage and a warm neck pillow. ?.
Vicky did my dip nails and she was wonderful. I’ve been to other salons that force you to add a nail tip to the top even when I ask for it to be short. Vicky does not do that. She respects my requests and does the dip on my real nails. I loved her attention to detail and care. She also gave an amazing had massage. I took my mom here before as well and they did an amazing job on her even though it was close to the end of the day.
I’ve been to tons of salons in this area. This one is the best secret. It’s a small space with only 8ish pedicure chairs but it’s not rushed, the quality is amazing, they take their time and their work is amazing. The prices are also really good. I will definitely be back again.

Her consistency is unreal—every nail is the exact same shape, length, and thickness. Just flawless, every single time. And she’s efficient, which I appreciate so much.

This review is long overdue - I have been getting my hair done by Shanika for a few years now and most recently I requested her for a style for a business photo shot, Bee Defined Consulting. It was very important to me that I had a great professional hair style but also a style that represented me! Shanika provided me a cut, highlight, and trial style for the shoot 2 weeks before the shoot. Shanika arrive at the shoot on time and fully equipped! She got the hair done in time for the shoot and it was more than I could ask for. She also made me feel at ease throughout the shoot ready to slide in between shots to make sure my hair stayed in place for every pose - no strays! This was the first time I had used Shear Fashionista for on site services! I highly recommend her!

I can't say enough good things about Sarah Jane and her team. When I was reaching out for quotes, Sarah Jane responded back promptly and was such a reasonably priced option. I have really thick and frizzy hair, so I was nervous my hair would be a lot to handle, but I did a hair and makeup trial for my bridals, and Sarah Jane and Madison were the sweetest. They took a photo of what I was thinking and exceeded my expectations. The communication with Tina was amazing and I loved how they sent me a detailed timeline. On our wedding day, they did a phenomenal job with my 6 bridesmaids, mom, mother-in-law, and officiant. My group had a lot of diversity with many ethnicities and they did a great job of making everyone beautiful. We hired Northstar remodeling to gut our bathroom and completely replace everything. Robert Lowrance was a perfect project manager. He worked with us, listening to my wife's request for new everything. The room was gutted to the studs and the tile floor removed. He kept us informed on the entire process with an overview and a project timeline. They took our needs and requests to heart and firmly believe he worked it as if it was his home. We came in under budget and on time. We had experienced a water leak just before we started the bathroom and upon completion of the bathroom we immediately offered the job of replacing/ repairing our hardwood floors and also the damaged vinyl floors in the dining room and home office. Upon completion of that project, we have a couple more for them if they are not booked on other projects. Very professional!

This is the second time we had Jedco Gutters replace our gutters (two different homes) and we have been happy both times they did work for us. The first time they changed the location of our existing downspouts (their idea) and improved our drainage. The second time, on a different house, they did another great job. The crew is easy to work with and were careful not to damage landscaping and stained patio. Will call again if needed in the future!

After hearing many bad stories about shady contractors, I was impressed with the way they executed. I’m obsessed with the upgrades we made and I’m so much happier with my home now thanks to them. After getting multiple estimates from other companies I chose NTX not only for the responsible price but what I felt like was a detailed scope of work to be done at my home. I was emailed the elevations that were taken before work was done and after the job was complete a plumber came out to provide me with a final inspection and an engineering company gave me a final with new elevations. The crew was quick and respectful of my property while doing the work and put everything back together before leaving. I feel like I made the right choice with NTX and my foundation issues are hopefully behind me.

If The Hittson crew ran a butcher shop, that’s where I’d buy my steaks. If they sold running shoes, that’s where I’d buy my sneakers. But since they do teeth, that’s where I get my teeth cared for. We have a large family with a full range of dental needs and always grateful how Suzanne and her staff, from counter to DDS help us with the routine and the unplanned needs. Always helpful and understanding when issues arise. I’ve been to dentists elsewhere that are policy driven and not people driven. As far as those negative reviews go that you may see posted, look at those folks other posts, and you’ll see they cannot be pleased whether it’s this or that.
This was my first visit. The staff was very nice and I didn’t have to wait to be seen by the hygienist. Dr Douglas explained the results of my x-rays and we discussed various treatments and options. I did not feel pressured to follow any particular treatment plan.
Dr Courtin is an excellent dentist and her staff is first rate. Both are very friendly and personable. She removed a molar that was abscessed and had a cracked root. She did everything possible to ensure that the procedure was painless which it was. She called me at home afterwards to make sure I was ok. I highly recommend her and her clinic to anyone looking for a dentist.

At first I didn't know what to think when we came in to the team and doctors at Rockwall Injury Rehab & Chiropractic. The first visit is the heavy and intensive paperwork day and initial evaluation, but once you cross that, it's streamlined, well organized, and well run.
After day one, you walk in, log the time and your name, and fill out a form. You take that and walk to the back where PT assistants get you clocked in and started on your designated routine of physical therapy. After that you sign your time log, and then you're in line to get your adjustment. I can only rave about...we called her Dr Boo. Amazing doctor/chiropractor. She listens to what you're experiencing and tailors the adjustment to you.
When we finally concluded our physical therapy, we were sad to go. We filled out the final exit form and my youngest wrote that while they hated coming here, they would miss the staff the most; they are what made it worth coming!
I always have a great experience here! I feel better afterwards and I get in and out quick. They will take you in as a walk in if you are in need!
I was having knee trouble in January. I thought it would go away. It got worse, I went an orthopedic surgeon in February, I got a steroid shot, it lasted for about a week. In March my hip started hurting because of my limp. l went to Dr Keith for treatment and told him about my knee. He did an adjustment and told me he did acupuncture. By that time I would try anything. I thought I was going to have a limp the rest of my life. After three treatments I started walking without a limp. I continued three more treatments once a week. Dr. Weak was awesome. I had a rib injury that wasn't getting any better after a little over two weeks so someone recommended me here. It turned out to be dislocated and he had it diagnosed and reset it in one appointment. I had a follow up a few days later but by then I was completely pain free and good to go. I'm definitely coming back in the future for anything else.

Dr. Barlow is a fantastic chiropractor who has treated my family for over 3 years now. He is fantastic with kids, actually listens to my problems. My family has been taking our pets here since the late 70s. It’s still as great service now as it was then. I took my brothers dog in and things went smoothly. We were treated really well. In and out quickly. his dog was a little leery when we got there. When they brought her out, she almost didn’t want to leave due to attention and great care she got from the staff.
Words cannot fully express the appreciation I have for Dr. Bright and her team. We have trusted her with two of our dogs, and today we had to say goodbye to one of them.
Dr. Bright sat with us and explained everything step by step, giving us the time, clarity, and compassion we needed in such a difficult moment. One of the techs also came in just to love on our sweet boy before it was time, taking time out of his own schedule simply to comfort us.
They made an incredibly hard day as peaceful as it could possibly be, and for that, I will always be thankful. The kindness and care they showed our family will never be forgotten.

The best vet clinic ever! I had 3 small dogs 15, 14, and 16, and they have passed, now I take Harley (of Quinn) my mini Aussie and my Ferrett Buster there. I have gone to 3 therapists here, and each one has been fantastic! Definitely look at their bios and see who would be a good fit for your needs. This last time I saw Marissa who has a background in Physical Therapy, and she was just what I needed for my lower back and hip stiffness. She did some stretching with me and gave me pointers on how to do simple stretches at home. Appointments are pretty easy to get into, the location is easy with ample parking, and the vibe is perfect! I’m so glad I found Petrissage Massage when we moved here!

This was such an amazing experience. Charlotte was a fantastic masseuse, and handled firm and light pressures perfectly! She also did pressure point holds on my traps and that felt really relieving. All around such a great massage, and could not recommend Charlotte enough. Booking the appointment was super easy as well, and the paper work didn't take long when I got there.

The physical therapist were amazing they really are they get to know you they greet you soon as you walk through the door they make sure that you’re doing your therapy the right way they watch they want you to get better. This is their job and just by watching the therapist there, I’ve watched them all, and they all are truly Hard workers very pleasant to be around you get the job done. The rest depends on yourself. I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail Dr. Pearl has shown throughout my treatment. I was recently diagnosed with Bell’s palsy, a condition that caused complete paralysis on one side of my face. Initially, I wasn’t getting the answers or progress I was hoping for from general physicians beyond being prescribed antivirals and steroids.
After researching alternative options, I learned that acupuncture and electro-acupuncture could help stimulate and reawaken affected nerves, so I decided to give it a try. Within just three to four sessions, I began seeing noticeable improvement. At the time, I also had significant hearing loss in my left ear and truly believed it might be permanent. Despite seeing an ENT, I still lacked a clear diagnosis or solution. I’m very happy to report that my hearing has returned, not 100%, but significantly, and my facial movement is now about 70–80% restored. I strongly believe in the power of acupuncture, and Dr. Pearl has been absolutely spot-on in treating my condition. This has been a truly positive and reassuring experience. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend Dr. Pearl.

I’m am back to seeing Kathy again because my experience with her NAET program was amazing!! I was going to have to start allergy shots because I was having sinus infections every month. My busy schedule and budget did not allow for that. After going through Kathy’s NAET treatment for allergies I may get a sinus infection once a year, if that. I would highly recommend reaching out to Kathy if you are needing alternative treatment for traditional medicine!!
