“Even though foundation and structural work is naturally pricey, Williamson Services is very competitive — and absolutely worth it. They came highly recommended on Rockwall’s community Facebook page and have a strong BBB rating, and after our experience, I can see why.

You do need a third‑party civil engineer report before their estimate, but they provide trusted recommendations. We used Lange Engineering, who did a very thorough job. Katrina at Williamson was fantastic — communicative throughout the entire process, and having a single point of contact made everything smoother.

One suggestion for future customers: you must have a plumbing leak test after the work is complete to activate the transferable warranty. (Also worth it!) We are very glad we added a vapor barrier and underhouse fan through Williamson, but our plumber later detected a leak that existed before the barrier installation. Williamson did not cause the issue, and both Williamson and our plumber handled the surprise problem collaboratively and professionally. Still, in hindsight, doing a leak test before the vapor barrier and then again after would have saved a bit of stress if you have the time and resources to do that.

Despite that lesson learned, we are extremely pleased with the results and will absolutely use Williamson again for our other home that needs leveling.“
