Scheduling- Super easy & very flexible. As new patients our appointment was set about 7 weeks from call, but they put us on a list to call if they had cancellations. We got that call about 2 1/2 after & I started our journey.

Front Desk Staff- extremely personable, answered all my questions, calm, friendly, & obviously read my kid's profile. They mentioned their interests and other information I provided in the initial paperwork. As a business owner myself, costumer service is EVERYTHING. We felt like friends not just patients.

Dental Assistants & Hygienists- very knowledgeable, personable, made the visit fun for my kids. They got to know them & genuine took interest in what they had to say. I love that they took time to educate, teach, and ask questions about dental hygiene. It gave my kids accountability in caring for their health, but done in a way that was caring not intimidating.

Dentists- My boys see Dr. Pollock and I was seen by Dr. Santos.
My experience was great and Dr. Santos is very thorough. Nothing is pushy, all options are provided to you, & I left feeling knowledgeable about where my dental health is, my options, & order of priority.
Dr. Pollock is pure gold. She's like the Mary Poppins of Kid's Dentistry. 💜. My kids want to go to the dentist. She treats every child like VIP.

Office- Very clean, bright, welcoming. The layout is easy to navigate. Kid's area is perfect & the prize options are the best I've seen in any doctor's office.

THE MONEY- Affordable. The transparency is there, the recommendations are provided, the payment options are given, & it's an easy process. Absolutely no pressure.

We've had 4 visits between the 3 of us and each time just gets better. Google only allows 5 stars, but it's a 10 for me & my family.“

“I have been seeing Dr L for a long time. I had an illness that kept me in the hospital for several months and had broken a couple of teeth. When I got out Dr LeFlore did three implants and crowns. I didn’t ever have any pain at all so I am very grateful. I would recommend him highly.“

“I visited this location for the 1st time and I can say without a doubt that I have found my dental home. From the moment I walked in until the time I left and all the minutes in between I was treated with kindness, empathy, warmth and as if I were their favorite patient. They will not "up-sell" you on procedures you may not need. Most importantly, you get honest prioritization of what needs work immediately, and what can wait if you're tight on finances. Their organization reflects Dr. Fedosky's high standards of integrity.“

“Where do I even start? For one, I wish I could respond to reviews because the one negative review doesn’t do Dr. Montoya justice. I think his personality expressed is no where near who he is. As for me, I’ve had tooth issues since I was 15, and now at 36, I’m extremely picky about who touches my mouth. I visited three dentists before, but the front desk staff or the dentists themselves lacked empathy/professionalism, and the vibes were off. One dentist billed my insurance to a service she did not perform. Dr. Montoya, however, shows empathy through his work, not necessarily words.

If you want a dentist who is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, then he’s it. The front desk and other staff at his practice are amazing as well. If you’ve had bad experiences, been left with worse problems, or had a dentist leave infections in your mouth (as happened to me with three teeth requiring root canals), then take your chances elsewhere. But if you’re looking for a perfectionist who genuinely cares about high-quality work, you’re in the right place with Dr. Montoya.

He’s honest and tells you what you need to hear, not just what you want. Thanks to Dr. Montoya, I’m completely out of pain. When my crown was struggling to fit due to an infection, he took a break, came back, and ensured it fit perfectly, instead of making me pay for a new one like other dentists would have. In my 16 years of dental work involving over six crowns, Dr. Montoya is one of only two dentists I trust. That makes me happy!“
