“I’ve been coming to this facility for about six years now, and it continues to be the easiest, most reliable experience I’ve had with eye care. I tried another Target Optical closer to home last year, and it was a horrid experience — which reminded me why I prefer seeing Dr. Pakzad. I returned again this year (2026), and I’m glad I did.
I genuinely appreciate Dr. Pakzad’s honesty and straightforwardness, even when the answer isn’t what I hoped to hear. That level of integrity is rare and refreshing.
I’ve seen some negative reviews about this location, and honestly, many of them sound more like the customer’s attitude was the issue rather than the facility. That said, I do agree the front desk staff could sharpen their customer service skills. They’re young and likely still learning how to navigate a busy, sometimes stressful environment, so I’m forgiving. If you walk in already irritated or in a mood, it may be best to reschedule — the staff doesn’t need extra attitude on top of what they already deal with daily.
Overall, I trust this office, I trust Dr. Pakzad, and I plan to continue coming here. See y'all next year! :)”
