Great therapists here. I’d highly recommend Athletico. They’re focused on long term, strength based solutions to pain. I came in with constant pain and weakness to do day to day activities. I also needed help with improving strength and mobility for golf. All the exercises Sam and I worked through targeted my weak areas and helped me build strength to tackle day to day activities. I also received a lot of targeted stretches and movements to improve my golf game. In a month, I have had more consistent swings and more energy to be out and about for longer. My experience with Athletico in Rowlett was nothing but top-notch. Amal, Rucha, and the entire staff was extremely knowledgable, kind, and encouraging. After breaking my foot 2 months postpartum, I started going here to work on regaining function and the ability to walk. I regained total use of my foot and ankle and am back to walking normally again! My personalized treatment plan was carefully crafted to meet my individual needs. I highly recommend this company and this location specifically!
Thank you so much to this amazing team of physical therapists: Justice, Rucha and Amal as well as Sarah who handled all my insurance and appointments so nicely. After 6 months of consistent therapy, this great team helped not only with my elbow surgery recovery but with their encouragement while I was studying for a big exam which I passed ! Today, I wrapped up my last session feeling well recovered with arm at full strength. 💪. A little sad to say goodbye but happy to have my graduation pic on the wall 😅! You guys are awesome!
