Chad from W3 electric came by today and serviced my 2 air conditioners. In this Texas July heat.Everything was OK with a suggestion and quote for future repair. Excellent service received.
I got some great feedback from this company. The tech (I will omit his name for privacy reasons) was very candid explaining that his company did not do the kind of electrical work i needed. No charge for the visit.
This was my second time using W3 Electric, and Eric the electrician. Eric installed a whole home surge protector. We had discussed having one installed when he came to the house a month ago to install an outlet in our attic.
Eric brought two surge protectors and explained each one to me. He didn’t push or try and upsell me. After making my selection, he did the installation, throughly cleaned up afterwards, explained to me again how the surge protector operates, left me all documentation.
Eric is very polite, professional, and informative.
After both my experiences with W3 and Eric they are my go to for any future electrical needs.
