On Wed. Jul 29th, I noticed the fan on my HVAC outside was not spinning. I notified my Home Warranty Co the following morning, Jul 30th, and was told the only available appointment is Tue. Aug 4th. With temperatures exceeding 90+°, it became extremely unbearable.
After 2 days of sleepless nights, I contacted Acclaim Air Conditioning Service and spoke with Dave, who came to my rescue within a couple hrs, possibly less. I told Dave what the warranty co said and felt I couldn't make it until the 4th.

Michael Stanley from Acclaim Air serviced my AC today. He is knowledgeable, engaging , and helpful. He found 2 small problems with my 20 year old unit .
