We’ve been in our home for 7 years. Pope Plumbing Company, Inc out of Rowlett, Texas is the only plumbing company we use! They explain everything before they start and before having you sign on the dotted line. They explain as they go. They let you know what they found and take time to answer any questions you may have. Today we had the pleasure of receiving services from hard-working Edward and Berto! They are very thorough, professional, and did a fantastic job!
We had a plumbing emergency upstairs and in attic. The phone contact with office was professional, kind, and got us seen same day. Dylan and Jamari came out the same day and diagnosed the problem and got us prepped to enable safety and dry out of the area. They were friendly, explained everything, addressed any concerns and were highly competent. Replacement on faulty pipes and full clean out was done two days later in an efficient and timely manner. They took photos before and after, explained everything in detail, made repairs and set up a clean out valve in attic to improve the access for any future work needed there. We appreciate Popes and will use them again!
Pope Plumbing is fantastic! Kevin and Juan came out the same day I called, they were honest, upfront & very fair in pricing. They quickly identified the issue, explained what it is, no unnecessary upsells, fixed it and cleaned up. It’s so hard to find a trustworthy plumbing company like this. Highly recommend!!
