We’ve been working with Genesis Plumbing across multiple Phenix Salon Suites locations, and they have been consistently excellent.

Dale and his team are very responsive, professional, and do high-quality work. They’ve handled everything from initial build-out work to ongoing maintenance, and we’ve found them to be reliable and efficient every time.

Equally important, they are great to work with on-site and respectful of our tenants, which is critical in our business.

We value the relationship and would highly recommend them.

I had an emergency slab leak at my home, and DFW Genesis Plumbing really came through when I needed them most. They responded quickly, showed up on time, and handled everything professionally. Dale the manager, and his team explained the issue clearly and walked me through the repair process, which I really appreciated. They worked efficiently to fix the leak and helped minimize further damage. Pricing was fair, especially for an emergency situation. I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend DFW Genesis Plumbing to anyone needing reliable plumbing work.
