“My older Goodman AC unit had been blowing warm and previous companies tried and failed to maintain in. Found JLS on the app and sent a message, the owner returned my message, explained the fees and scheduled a visit. JLS inspected the unit and checked for leaks. They provided video and photo evidence of the condition of my unit and gave several options to repair or replace.

I explained what I was looking for long term and JLS recommended a new unit that fit my needs and budget. The owner went to the warehouse and reported back that they had a total unit available in my budget and we agreed on a plan to replace everything. They started work the same afternoon and were mostly complete by the same evening. We went with a unit with a inverter and they even installed a shutoff that was missing outside. The new unit is perfect for my space, almost silent and was installed quickly and professionally by their team. They ran the necessary test and set up the smart thermostat and even registered my unit with the manufacture.
