5 stars. We had Always There Air replace our upstairs HVAC system, and after a couple of weeks of running it through sustained 100+ degree Texas weather, I’m very happy with both the installation and the performance of the system.

The experience was thorough from the beginning. Sean spent several hours at the house during the initial walkthrough and quote process, including doing a full 3D scan and taking the time to understand the existing system and ductwork rather than just giving us a quick replacement quote.

Saved by Always There Air in the Texas Heat!
My downstairs AC stopped cooling while the upstairs was still blasting cold air, right in the middle of Texas heat! I reached out to Always There Air through their website around 7:00 PM on a weekend, and Abiel showed up by 8:00 PM that same night.
Abiel was absolutely wonderful. He quickly diagnosed a zoning issue caused by a jammed damper and fixed it right away so the cold air could flow downstairs again. He also warned me that the damper motor was failing and would need to be replaced soon.
