Fair, honest ,and direct ,he found the issue immediately ,offered several options for rectification of the problem and provided the pros and cons of each so we could make the best decision for us , very happy with service and honesty . Very hard to find truthful honest people in this world but Dubs is a step above highly recommend to anyone
Absolute pleasure to do business with and is truly an honest technician!! Came to the house when our attic unit was making a strange noise and could easily have told us we needed a whole new unit. Instead, he went in the attic and noticed the air filter door wasn’t shutting all the way. Turns out it was just the air filter itself was causing the door to stay open just a touch and causing it to flutter in the air. Very honest, polite and a great representative of his company!! Hard to find honest and good mechanics but Dub’s Heating & Air Inc is exactly that!!! Give’em a call, you won’t regret it!!!
