“Great experience with Poe Air.
Of course, both of our A/C units decided to quit working on a day when it was over 100 degrees outside—and while we were right in the middle of having our roof replaced.
I called Poe Air, and they had someone at our house within an hour. He found that one unit had a furnace door that had come ajar, most likely from all the pounding and vibration from the roof work. The other unit had a bad relay.
He spent about an hour diagnosing and repairing both systems, and before long we had both A/C units running again and the house cooling down.
I really appreciate a company that responds quickly, figures out the problem, fixes what needs fixing, and gets you back up and running without a lot of drama. Especially when it’s 100+ degrees outside!
