I was aware that our elderly house had some electrical issues, but I wasn't aware of the extent until I saw the long list of things we needed to get our house up to code (and get rid of the safety issue). Everyone that came out over the last couple weeks was empathetic to our situation and did everything in their power to work within our budget. The Milestone team went so far out of their way to make sure our home is safe for our family in a very generous way and I will forever be grateful. Such a great group of individuals and an amazing company behind them.
The only downside is that we had to wait a day for them to come out, but I attribute that to the high call volume during the winter weather and the trustworthiness of the technicians. Roland showed up and was very nice, knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. Price for repairs is a bit steep but we also have a very old house in need of TLC. These guys, especially Roland Rios, provided that in abundance!
Milestone Electric sent out Wayne on this rainy day, but he still had a big smile.Polite, friendly -- but businesslike too. He asked our situation and i explained, he listened intently. He checked our box and outlets, he explained what was happening and what caused the problem. Plain English, no fancy words. Completed all in an hour or so. Would absolutely ask Milestone for him directly if anything needed in the future.
