“We were having issues with the humidity level in our house and called Fix it AC. Max came out and did a fantastic job, he found an issue with our thermostat and replaced it and now the AC is working exactly how it should! We are new to the area and he gave us some recommendations on places to check out too. Thank you Max!”
“I highly recommend Eric Wehrman with Citiview Plumbing Heat & Air. I worked with Eric on a home sale where we had several important items that needed to be completed correctly and within a tight timeline. He reinstalled the water heater to meet current code requirements, handled the permitting and inspection process, installed a new HVAC system, and worked through a gas line issue that needed to be resolved before we could move forward with closing. The plumbing and HVAC work passed the City of Arlington’s final inspections.
Eric was responsive, knowledgeable, dependable, and willing to help us work through each challenge as it came up. In real estate, having a contractor who understands that timing matters—and who follows through—is incredibly valuable. His help made a real difference in getting this home ready for closing, and I am very grateful for the care he took with both the work and the process.
I would confidently recommend Eric and Citiview Plumbing Heat & Air to my clients, friends, and fellow Realtors.”
“From Mr. Joe to Ms. Sherry to the installers of my new system everyone was SUPER AMAZING. They all took time to explain and answered every question I have. They all were very welcoming and informative! As a 1st time home owner I feel a little more knowledgeable about the up keep of my new AC unit❣️ I wish Home Shield would’ve assigned them to me 1st, probably would’ve saved $2300 for a problem that was never fixed. JOE COOLING to the RESCUE❣️ Thanks Again Guys❣️ You now have a new client❣️”
