“This company was assigned our case through our home warranty. Spoke with the lead today, and he was able to work us in for an expedited appointment for an additional fee (which was cheaper than what the home warranty company was offering for assistance in getting us taken care of over the weekend where the Heat index was over 110°). The tech came out and was very polite and knowledgeable, explained why the previous company made the recommendations they made, however, the previous company did not fulfill the job, nor did they explain the importance of balance in levels (more does not always equal better). Explained that he was a junior tech, with two years of experience in the field. But, with his communication, I told him I felt very confident in his assessment as he went throughout the house and even up into the attic. He was kind and explained things thoroughly (we are fully not educated in the functionality of the HVAC). Did not attempt to upsell us, even when I was asking for suggestions and giving the opportunity. He gave us his number to call back in case the house continued to not cool. He did say we would not need to call super home warranty for callbacks, but, so far with super, that is not how anything has ever worked. Hoping we don’t have to call them back until it is for regularly scheduled maintenance!“

“ive been plumbing for so damn long that i hate even talking about it but ill do this one time,only to give credit to the counter sales team for being jam up with a whole lotta patience and most likely dedicated but not me though i hate plumbing but if i was to need some parts i guess ill go here.“

“We have 2 central systems: one for main part of house and second for add-on and upstairs. In June our secondary unit went out. Another company said a "band-aid" fix would be close to $4000 and we really should just replace the whole thing. We couldn't do that financially so we bought free-standing and window units. This week our main unit stopped working. They came out and had it up and running in short order and for about $100. So we asked them to give us a second opinion on our secondary unit. He didn't want to know what the first company diagnosed was wrong with it until he did his own inspection. His diagnosis was one of 3 things being wrong, which would have to be tried separately, but at the very MOST, the third and worst problem would cost us about $1500! Then he looked at the other company's result and said there is no way they could determine that being the problem without checking other, simpler things first. AND their $4000 fix would be less than half that with A/C Service and Repairs Co. He got the unit up and running, (it was the second situation) for about the same cost as what it cost us to buy the free-standing and window units initially. We could have been running that air all summer instead of using these window units. We will never use another A/C company again! Oh and he called back that night to check and make sure it was still running well. THAT'S good customer service.“

“My furnace stopped turning on yesterday morning. I called Heating and AC Experts and left a message with their answering service and they got back to me as soon as they opened. Sanders was able to come out that afternoon, and he got a temporary solution in place that has the furnace working again until the parts come in on Monday. He was professional, friendly, and happy to explain to me how things inside the furnace work so I could understand the issue“

They were very nice and professional on the phone and were able to get a tech to my house within a few hours. When the Tech arrived he was able to fix my toliet and the price was very fair.
