“I would 100% recommend Juan and his team to anyone looking for advice on their current and future HVAC needs. We recently moved into our new home and knew that we either needed a check up on our HVAC system or a whole new setup entirely. Juan came out to do a consultation and a tune up but immediately recognized safety issues with the current unit that the previous owner tried to "fix" themselves. He was very honest up front and took the time to explain to me in great detail the issues with the current units, setup that could be beyond repair, etc etc and how we should move forward. I instantly new that they were the right HVAC company for us and that we could trust them with providing us with great service and honesty. I went ahead and did a whole new system with them for peace of mind living in a new house which is great this time of year with rebates from the companies they use. Once we booked, they came out that week and removed our old systems and installed the new units. It only took a whole day and the three employees who came were very professional and walked us through the unit and updates after everything was done. We will continue to use them for any HVAC system maintenance, repairs and products. Do not look any further, these are your guys!“

Their quality of work is top notch and their style of installation makes things simple for future maintenance. It went to a recorded message, but before we could get referrals from friends and family for another company he called back and was at our home in less than 30 mins. He singled out the problem, and listened to our concerns about a high electric bill did a system check and informed us of a possibility of the cause; too much freon. He said it causes the AC to use more electricity and recommended "bleeding" some off.We agreed to call and set another appointment and before we could the next day, he called us, was able to come right away. He took his time measuring for cool air loss too. He fixed the problem and did not charge extra! We were really happy with his professionalism. Even asking about a new system did not cause him to go into hypersalesman. We will recommend this company and continue to support thm ourselves.“

The first companys proposal didnt work out. Our son belongs to the same social organization as the owner of ****, and gave us his contact information with a stellar recommendation. I called, and was able to set an appointment for the tech, *****************************, to evaluate our issues. ***** ***, the owner, briefly stopped by, and assuaged any concerns we might have had. Certainly a unique experience in most service businesses. ****** went to work. He thoroughly tested everything, located the leak, and as expected, we needed a new compressor, and evaporator. Another recommendation was to replace the gas heater as it was two years older than the A/C system. ******, was not only an excellent tech, but personable and professional. He left no stone unturned and communicated his findings, sans techno-speak. We also learned that he was the first employee.We received the proposals. Amazingly, the total cost, including the heater, fit our budget. I called the office, authorized the work, and installation was scheduled. Two techs arrived and started work a bit after 7:00 AM. Again, stellar performers! ****** also stopped by to check the work. Disassembling the old system in the attic, and getting them to the front yard was not an easy task; nor was moving the new equipment to the attic.
