Normally you would call a repair service when you experience with a technical issue with one of your appliances. By hiring Texan Heating and Air you can have more than a professional knowledgeable service man who can also point out the cause of the problem. In my case, Jeff Solis (from Texan Heating and Air) pointed out to me the wire of my AC broken unit was purposedly cut by the previous technician who was sent from the CHOICE home warranty to repair my AC unit 2 weeks before.
