“One thing that I appreciate about any company is honesty. Our a/c went out this past weekend so we called out 1 hour heating and air. The tech was super nice and then we got down to the pricing of a new one which I was quoted $21 thousand dollars for a 3.5 ton unit. We obviously did not go with that company.
