I’m so incredibly grateful to Jerred at Comfort Experts, who came through for me again in a pinch — for the second time this week!
Jerred had returned to perform some pre-scheduled cleaning on my outdoor HVAC unit when a dispatcher from a nationally-known home improvement store arrived to deliver and install my new dishwasher.
Well, as this dispatcher began his work, he noticed that my water shut-off beneath my kitchen sink was broken and wouldn’t shut off all the way. He informed me that he was unable to proceed further until it was fixed, told me to call him once that had happened, and then asked me to leave him a good review on Google.

Garrett was easily the best repair man I've ever had in my home, A/C or otherwise. Took pictures of everything and showed me the problems. Also explained to me what he was measuring on my A/C, what is should have been and what it actually was. Easy to talk to and ask questions, even asked me about my line of work. He's a credit to the company he works for. Will use them again in the future.
I think the technician Kellen Mullinnix was great, he provided the best service I have received in a long time. Kellen took his time to show me all of the parts and he thoroughly explained why each part was required and I understood his diagnosis. I will refer all family and friends to Comfort Experts Inc.
