My request was a simple one (move the thermostat to another room), and because of their excellent and thorough service, they tested the heating and A/C to ensure they were working properly. The A/C didn't come on and they found a leak due to an improperly installed gasket. They charged a fair price for the needed refrigerant (not an upcharge price) as well as the gasket. They even offered tips for better efficiency in heating and cooling my home and answered all my questions. I appreciate the $10 savings for first-time customers as well!
