I was nervous at first but even from the intro class I knew this was something I would love. The variety of classes and quality of instructors is fantastic. In particular, Natalie always pushes her classes to do their best and is encouraging. I always know I’m going to have fun and get a great workout in. Highly recommend this studio!“

“I loved my time at Sessions! The studio is welcoming, the air conditioning is ON, and you can hear the wonderful instructors over the music. I'm leaving Dallas, which makes me so sad to leave the team there. JoAnna is my favorite instructor- check her out on Mondays!What I love most is that they offer modifications for each exercise by spring load or by positioning. I started right after a stomach surgery and they helped me rebuild fully without compromising my healing.If they opened a location in S Austin, I'd be there on the spot, but in the mean time, I love that they offer instructor led classes online. I've already signed up!“

“I do not much about dance studios, but a friend of mine taught a Nia class here the other night so I paid the $11 or so dollars on line when I signed up for the class. It seems most classes have a virtual option too.Met the owner when I arrived. She was really nice and showed me around. There are several studios and lockers for your belongings.The studio we were in for the class was really chill. Not what I expected. The lighting was dim with blue and yellow tones. I didn't feel as nervous after entering the room and not feeling fully on display.The Nia class was 30 minutes and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I will most likely look at the calendar and pick some other classes here and there. I notice they do Pilates, yoga and things like that too. Lots of options!“

“I’ve had bodywork done over the years. I have a great long-time Chiropracter, worked with a very good young PT at ATI recently and have a friend who is a fabulous massage therapist. All of them have worked with me on some serious back pain issues and I’ve had varying degrees of success with each of them after a series of visits. Last night I shuffled into Pilates Unlimited for a private session with Karen Sanzo and walked out with a normal gait and taller to boot. This was after a session of assisted and tiny, tiny movements. Karen has years of experience as a PT with the additional advantage of deep study as a Pilates teacher and teacher trainer. She is a master of movement!“

“After injuring 2 disks in my lower back in early 2017, I thought surgery was my only option. While talking to my neurosurgeon, I noticed how often they recommended Pilates post-surgery, and thought I’d try that before I committed to a significant back surgery. It’s been 2 years now that I attend weekly individual sessions with Scott Samford, and I’ve never seen my core stronger...and we have a great time! So thankful for the Pilates Connection team!“

Unfortunately I decided to get a membership at a studio that's closer to me, but I highly recommend this Plano location for people who live nearby!“

“I really like the convenience of having a class every 30 minutes, having towel and mat without having to pay extra, cleanliness and very pleasant staff. I took a while to get used to moving from an instructor led studio to this one led largely by videos. Videos are very class. But they have started some instructor led classes. I attend 3-4 classes a week, month 8 for me and planning to continue. Go Alive?“

“I attended the TreadBarre | Sprint + Sculpt class and it was surprisingly amazing. As a first timer I didn't know what to expect. I workout 5x a week and I can honestly say this class challenged me. The different techniques and timed exercises kept me on my toes the entire time. Megan, our instructor, did a great job guiding me (us) the entire time. She knew it was my first class and made sure I didn't feel left behind. 5/5 experience for sure.“

“Shine is the absolute best! Coming from a former dancer I love how it is set to the beat of the music, low impact and very high energy. You leave with such a sense of accomplishment because the heat + class format provides quite a challenge. They have showers so you can freshen up and get ready for work/school there. There is adequate parking available at both locations. I have to give a shoutout to my girl Maggie - her class is incredible you need to go try it for yourself! Are you ready to hit it twice?“

“I did the full body class with Jennifer R. and it was tough! ... But in a good way. Although challenging, I really enjoyed the core exercises. I could feel my obliques transforming in the process. Jennifer was amazing and has such a bubbly personality. It was a Reggaeton themed class and her playlist was fire! Definitely worth another class with her.“
