I had my first Pilates class today, and I absolutely loved it! The instructor was amazing—she gave clear directions, kept everyone motivated, and made the class feel welcoming and comfortable for beginners. Even though it was my first time, I never felt lost because of how well she guided the class. The workout was challenging in the best way, and I left feeling stronger, energized, and excited to come back. Such a great experience overall, and I can’t wait for my next class!
My daughter and I just took our first reformer pilates class here at the plano location and it was great! Lisa was the instructor and she was awesome! Highly recommend her class and Session! Beautiful studio, nice machines, very clean, nice staff and the whole overall experience was 10/10. If you are thinking about trying this, you should go! 100%
Ive always wanted to try Pilates but was intimidated by the machine. The instructor, Madison, spent time with me before class to teach me how to use it and checked in on me to guide me throughout the class. It was such a good workout! It was actually more fun than my past workouts, cant wait to start a pilates routine.
