“I had been debating on committing to a HOTWORX membership after enjoying a few visits as a guest at another location. This being my first time at a new location, I was a little nervous on what to expect. My friend and I decided on Monday that we would go check out the Prosper location on Preston. Upon walking in, we were greeted by Arianna, who ensured that our visit was nothing short of informative, welcoming, and helpful. She politely offered us a tour around the gym, and provided a clear picture of what we would expect at a HOTWORX studio. Arianna made the whole experience feel familiar, and I had completely forgot about my nerves by the end of the tour. At the desk, she walked us through all the details of a membership, and communicated any payments and fees with full transparency. We learned about the free trial process, and decided that we would take advantage of that before committing to anything. After LOVING two days of free trial workouts, we went back on Wednesday to enroll, and again, we were welcomed in by Arianna, who we were so excited to see! She guided us through the sign on process with clear detail, and we agreed to the 2-person Sweat Elite package, since I will be finishing school in San Marcos, and my friend will stay located here in Prosper. It’s been a week, and each day we have looked forward to our workout, and honestly, I can’t remember the last time I looked forward to an intense workout. We are so thankful for Arianna for making our experience feel like more than just signing up for a gym membership!”
