I initially booked the appointment for knotless braids, but after she evaluated my hair, I ended up getting a wash, trim, and silk press. My hair was not in good condition when I arrived, which is more than likely a result of heat damage. I seemed to believe that getting braids would fix the problem, but, based on input from Jessica, we went a different route for the benefit of hair health.
