I've had my hair straightened with Michelle twice, and both experiences have been fantastic. She is so patient and walks you through every step of the process — explaining what she's doing, how to care for your hair afterward, and answering all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Japanese straightening is a long process, but she makes it comfortable and worth every minute. Both times my hair came out silky, smooth, and naturally straight — exactly the result I was hoping for. Michelle was absolutely incredible from start to finish! The amount of knowledge she has about hair is honestly amazing. She immediately understood my hair type, explained everything so clearly, and made me feel completely confident and comfortable throughout the entire process.
